What you'll be doing:

Leading your team to deliver next-level service and smash sales targets
Owning your department - driving performance, standards, and visual impact
Creating an inspiring, on-brand environment that excites both customers and your team
Coaching and developing your people to reach their full potential
Managing stock, visual merchandising, and floor layout to maximise results
Analysing performance to spot trends and opportunities for growth
Working closely with your Store Manager and other leaders to deliver the bigger picture
Being a visible, hands-on presence - always setting the standard and leading by example
