Step into a role as an Assistant Store Manager working in one of our retail stores, where you will support and step into the Store Manager’s shoes when needed. Your passion for Joules people and products will shine through the store’s performance. Flexible working options are available.

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven and marketing savvy, able to create a unique shopping experience that reflects the Joules brand. You will support the Store Manager by setting up and managing exceptional retail operational standards and in‑store efficiencies to drive profitability.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role, working to KPIs and targets with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to understand individual needs and help develop your sales team.
• Commercially driven mindset and marketing savvy.
