About YouWe are looking for someone who is commercially driven and marketing savvy, able to create a unique shopping experience that reflects the Joules brand. You will support the Store Manager by setting up and managing exceptional retail operational standards and in‑store efficiencies to drive profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role, working to KPIs and targets with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to understand individual needs and help develop your sales team.
- Commercially driven mindset and marketing savvy.
