The Pro Active Technology Group is seeking an NOC Engineer to own the health of our managed client fleet, focusing on backups, alert remediation, and patch management. You will triage backup jobs, fix Ninja One alerts, and drive vulnerability remediation while maintaining audit-ready evidence.
Expect business hours ET with occasional overnight checks and after-hours rotation. Strong writing and credential handling are essential, with experience in Veeam, Ninja One, and virtualization platforms
