Solutions Architect

The technology team at Kaiser Permanente ships on Fridays without flinching, and the Solutions Architect we hire will understand why that matters. Net it out: internship, $64,000 - $102,000, 5 years, ownership of the technology outcome, and a Kaiser Permanente team that has your back.

• Build Google Cloud self-service tools so Canton teams stop filing tickets for everything
• Own the mid-level JavaScript workstream that unblocks the rest of Kaiser Permanente's Canton, OH roadmap
• Catch the outcome-focused Type Script regression in staging before it ever reaches Canton customers
• Harden Kaiser Permanente's Microsoft Azure auth so the OH audit comes back clean
• Stress-test Type Script systems until they bend, then harden where they cracked
• Ship Adaptability experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early
• Document the Microsoft Azure system so the next mid-level engineer onboards in days, not weeks

• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• Clear thinking under the kind of pressure Canton, OH deadlines bring
• Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
• Experience at the mid-level inside an internship role
• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten

Out of a converted warehouse in Canton, Kaiser Permanente has quietly grown into a forward-thinking force shaping how technology gets done. We trust the mid-level folks closest to the customer to make the call without a committee.

Expect $64,000 - $102,000, yes, but also expect the kind of benefits and remote flexibility that make Mondays in Canton feel lighter.
