Electrical Design Engineer

We’re hiring a remote Electrical Designer/Engineer with strong Revit skills to support electrical design projects across a wide range of building types including healthcare, education, industrial, retail, hospitality, multi-family, storage facilities, and fitness centers.

What You’ll Do

• Produce electrical construction documents using Revit
• Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, emergency/standby power, and low voltage systems
• Perform load calculations, panel schedules, and equipment selection
• Design lighting layouts, power plans, and one-line diagrams
• Coordinate with architects, mechanical/plumbing engineers, and project managers on multi-discipline projects
• Ensure drawings meet applicable NEC and energy code requirements
• Manage deliverables and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects

What You Need

• 6+ years of electrical design/engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
• Experience producing full electrical construction document sets
• Solid understanding of electrical system design and equipment
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Not Required

• PE license not required
• Degree not required, relevant experience and Revit skill are what matter
