26 has an immediate need for a Mobile Network Engineer (4G/5G & Private Networks) to join our world‑class team.

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Network Engineer to support the planning, deployment, and optimization of 4G LTE
, 5G NSA
, 5G SA
, and 5G private networks
. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end‑to‑end mobile network architecture, signaling protocols (including SS7
, Diameter
, SIP
, NGAP
), and experience working across both public and private mobile network environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands‑on implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and enterprise partners.

• Design, deploy, and optimize mobile network infrastructure for 4G LTE
  , 5G NSA
  , 5G SA
  , and 5G private networks

• Lead or support the implementation of private 5G networks for enterprise or industrial use cases (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, campus networks).
• Configure and troubleshoot mobile network signaling protocols such as SS7
  , Diameter
  , S1AP
  , NGAP
  , and SIP
  .
• Integrate core and RAN components for both public and private mobile networks, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
• Analyze network KPIs and implement performance tuning for optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for equipment selection, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure network solutions align with 3
  
  GPP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document network architectures, configurations, and best practices for both public and private network implementations.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies in 5G, ORAN, edge computing, and network slicing.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in 4G and 5G mobile network design, deployment, and operations.
• Hands‑on experience with 5G private networks
  , including deployment models, licensing (e.g. local spectrum), and enterprise use cases.
• Solid understanding of mobile core network functions (EPC/5GC) and radio access technologies.
• Proficiency in signaling protocols:
  SS7
  , Diameter
  , SIP
  , S1AP
  , NGAP
  , etc.
• Experience working with vendors and system integrators in commercial or private mobile network environments.

Preferred:

• Experience with edge computing platforms and MEC (Multi‑access Edge Computing) solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) used in 5G core deployments.
• Exposure to ORAN, small cell technology, and enterprise RAN deployments.
• Certifications in mobile networks or vendor‑specific technologies (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Detail‑oriented, with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
