Join our Data Strategy and Operations team as a Senior Data Product Manager. You will define, build, and manage data products, bridging data teams and stakeholders to simplify the data landscape and drive business value.
Job DescriptionAs part of our growing IMSC Data Strategy and Operations team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and managing data products. These programs follow product management standards, are governed, and drive value in analytics, decision‑making, and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, process owners, and digital product teams to ensure business value at the core, and work with executive leaders to shape the overall journey.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end modernization programs such as Data Acceleration, Data Observability, and remediation of legacy systems.
- Develop and execute integrated program plans with milestones, interdependencies, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Oversee sustain activities to ensure smooth transitions from project to base operations with minimal disruption.
- Advance the strategic vision and adoption of modern data platforms and assets aligned with IMSC objectives.
- Establish governance standards and executive reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and delivery.
- Partner cross‑functionally with IT, Data Governance, and business stakeholders for seamless integration, communication, and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (required).
- Focused degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
- 6–7 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with proven success in large‑scale data and technology transformation.
- Strong product ownership and roadmap management: backlog, user story mapping, release governance.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and scaled agile delivery models.
- Deep knowledge of data governance, quality, metadata management, master and reference data practices.
- Experience integrating data products across supply‑chain systems and platforms.
- Understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and data requirements.
- Record of managing data asset lifecycle initiatives for governance and adoption.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations managing enterprise‑level data initiatives.
- Exposure to change management and adoption programs in digital/data transformation.
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, life‑sciences, pharmaceuticals).
- Ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals and drive data‑driven decision making.
- Adaptability to emerging technologies and changing business needs.
- Strong analytics and strategic thinking skills.
- Position may require up to 10% domestic or international travel.
