We are searching for an exceptional, entrepreneurial leader to partner with the executive team and take ownership of critical growth vectors. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for a self-starter who is ready to move beyond corporate structure and drive value from Day One. You will drive key strategic initiatives and deliver operational excellence across a range of business areas. Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating high initiative and a drive to build systems, processes, and products from the ground up.

Must be a Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (residency in Zug required).
