As we deepen the integration between Research and Asset Management, we are expanding our team with a senior profile that combines rigorous analytics, exceptional writing, and genuine creative horsepower. We are looking for a profile that is both authentically crypto-native and deeply grounded in macroeconomics and financial market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be able to convert data, complex ideas, and deep domain expertise into clear, visually compelling narratives.

You will operate at the intersection of crypto markets, global macro, and investment strategy. You should also be comfortable wearing many hats as you contribute across research, data work, product ideation, client communication, and internal education while adapting to the needs of a dynamic, expanding research function. Equally important is your ability to work collaboratively, valuing constructive debate, engaging with diverse viewpoints, learning alongside peers, while bringing confidence without ego.

• Closely track the digital asset ecosystem with a blend of quantitative analysis, market structure understanding, and qualitative perspectives across protocols, liquidity trends, and macro catalysts
• Craft high-quality research publications, from thematic deep dives to recurring market updates, with an emphasis on coherent narratives and impactful charting
• Support the formulation of new investment ideas, research angles, and product concepts by bringing data-driven insights and creative frameworks to the table
• Build, clean, and interpret data from on-chain and traditional market sources, develop bespoke indicators, dashboards, and chart frameworks
• Support other departments and external stakeholders with timely, actionable research input and strategic guidance
• Conduct targeted analytical work in response to client inquiries, portfolio-management needs, and emerging research priorities, often on short notice
• Assist portfolio managers with scenario work, valuation inputs, risk factor interpretation, and broader analytical tasks that inform the investment process
• Produce clear, timely summaries on major market developments and industry-shaping events to support internal decision-making and client communication
• Actively represent Bitcoin Suisse research across external channels such as client presentations, media interactions, webinars, conferences, and other formats
• Act as an internal ambassador for research excellence by sharing knowledge, fostering analytical rigor, and elevating the organization’s overall market understanding

• BA/MA in finance, economics, engineering, computer science or a related analytical field (CFA, CAIA, CMT are an advantage)
