****Über die Position
** In dieser spannenden Rolle übernimmst du operative Verantwortung im Lager und gestaltest aktiv Verbesserungsprojekte. Du stellst sicher, dass Material- und Informationsflüsse effizient, SAP-konform und mit hoher Prozessqualität ablaufen. Gleichzeitig optimierst du Lagerlayout, Arbeitsabläufe und Systeme und bist die Schnittstelle zu Planung, Einkauf, Produktion und externen Logistikdienstleistern.
** Das kannst du bewirken
**** Operativ (50%):
*** Steuere und koordiniere die Prozesse in Disposition, Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Versand und Aussenlager und sorge für reibungslose Abläufe
* Stelle korrekte SAP-Buchungen, Datenqualität und Rückverfolgbarkeit sicher
* Unterstütze Inventuren, interne und externe Audits und überwache Kennzahlen in Quantität, Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
* Coache und begleite das operative Team bei Prozess- und Systemfragen und trage zur Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Prozessstandards bei
** Projekte & Weiterentwicklung (50%):
*** Optimiere Materialfluss- und Lagerprozesse auf Basis von Kennzahlen, Layout-Analysen und Lean-Methoden
* Führe eigenständig Verbesserungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekte durch (z.B. Lagerplatzoptimierung, Scanner-Rollouts, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsinitiativen)
* Erstelle und pflege Prozessdokumentationen, SOPs und Schulungsunterlagen
* Arbeite eng mit Planung, Einkauf und SAP-Prozessen (MM/WM/EWM) zusammen und bringe Ideen für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen ein
** Dein Profil
*** Abgeschlossene Höhere Fachschule oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Lagerlogistik (idealerweise 8-10 Jahre)
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (MM/WM/EWM) und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in Prozessoptimierungen nach Lean- oder Kaizen-Methoden
* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, proaktive und hands-on Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Kommunikationsstärke
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
