Design
, Basic Design and Detailed Design for process equipment - Process design: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date P&IDs, PFDs and URS to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Equipment Sizing: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to determine the optimal size and capacity of process equipment.
- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
- Change Management: Proactively identify and implement process improvements, including supplier changes, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Must have: fluent German (minimum B2-C1 level), and fluent English. Any other language is a plus.
- Engineering's degree in Pharma/Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering within the Pharma or Chemical industry
- Strong understanding of process design principles, equipment sizing, and P&t
- Proven project management skills, including task allocation, progress tracking, and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus)
