We are currently looking for a Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Systems Engineer with expertise in the aerospace industry to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include :

Lead systems engineering projects from concept to certification, managing cross-functional teams and schedules.

Supporting investigations, design and modify electromechanical systems for aircraft applications.

Coordinate technical and program aspects with external suppliers.

Define and support ground / flight test requirements.

Ensure compliance with FAR / EASA-CS 23 certification standards.

  • Oversee vendor-led development projects, ensuring technical alignment and milestone delivery.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.

at least 5+ years in aerospace electromechanical systems development and certification.

Expertise in actuator / motor control electronics and complex hardware design.

Experience with RTCA DO-254 and airborne electronic hardware certification.

Familiarity with CS / FAR Part 23, DO-160, DO-178C, ARP
4754A, ARP
4761.

Strong project and supplier management skills.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Co-operative personality with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
  • Professional level of English is essential; knowledge of German is appreciated.
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland (EU / EFTA Citizenship or valid Swiss work permit).
