Instrument​/Senior Engineer Akkodis Engineering · Asker

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join an exciting project within offshore installations and offshore wind. The role involves work in studies and FEED phases related to new modules and brownfield adaptations. You will be part of a large international working environment with excellent opportunities for professional development.

• Field instrumentation and metering solutions and requirements for Feed phase project.
• Develop philosophies & solutions to the required level.
• Develop strategy, philosophy and design measurement solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and prepare relevant documentation for ITT preparation.
• Participate and arrange meetings, workshops and reviews for instrument discipline.

• Efficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Cooperative attitude and ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Systematic and accurate, with strong commitment to deadlines and quality standards.
• Proactive, sharing knowledge and seeking advice when needed.
• Valid Ex course and FSE course

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field instrumentation design activities, measurement solutions, and principles, including reviews and responsibilities from onshore or offshore greenfield projects.
• Extensive knowledge of instrumentation and metering design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, IEC
  .

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical College Diploma.
