Process Engineer Lithography (m / f) – 100%

• Operate and monitor photolithography equipment including resist coating, exposure and development tools.
• Continuously improve existing lithography processes with focus on yield stability and throughput.
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations.
• Support the transfer and optimization of new process flows into production by working closely with the leaders of cross‑functional R&D initiatives.
• Ensure smooth and timely processing of engineering and production wafer lots through the line.
• Work with metrology systems to monitor process performance and ensure product quality.
• Engage with equipment suppliers to address operational needs and support upgrades or replacements.

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in engineering (e.g., FH or equivalent) preferably with focus on microtechnology.
• Hands‑on experience in photolithography or cleanroom production environment.
• Strong interest in production support and process optimization.
• Basic knowledge of SPC and DOE is a plus.
• Structured and independent working style with a proactive mindset.
• Team player with good communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic fast‑paced cleanroom environment.
