• Timely execution of technical inspections of aircraft engine components (Pratt & Whitney 4000 and CFM 56)
• Create repair orders for components and individual parts
• Request and perform engine modifications
• Carry out all assigned technical and administrative tasks in line with current regulations, including inspection of modifications on individual parts and components
• Complete assigned work on schedule while ensuring high work quality
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis) while continuously improving processes to enhance quality and safety
• Handle operating materials responsibly and carry out tasks independently with both environmental awareness and an economic mindset

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic (Swiss EFZ qualification) or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship
• Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, good physical condition with the ability to handle stress, and a high level of personal responsibility and self‑motivation
• Basic PC skills, especially MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B1)
• Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system
