Position: Senior Product / Quality Assurance Engineer

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Salary: Negotiated based on seniority and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Provide hands‑on Product Assurance and Quality Assurance support across all project phases, from early design to AIV (Assembly, Integration, and Verification).
• Define, apply, and monitor internal quality standards in alignment with customer and mission requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure effective quality processes and resolution of quality issues.
• Monitor compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN 9100, ECSS) and support certification and audit activities.
• Contribute to risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of quality-related risks.
• Support documentation, reporting, and communication of quality metrics and findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Represent the Product / Quality Assurance function in project meetings and customer interactions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in Product Assurance / Quality Assurance within the space sector.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN 9100, ECSS).
• Direct experience in design, manufacturing, integration, and qualification of spaceflight hardware.
• Solid expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience in writing technical and quality documentation.
• Experience in supplier quality management and company-wide risk management activities.
• Leadership experience and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
