Licensed Aircraft Engineer B1​/B2 Line Maintenance A320

At SR Technics we aspire to be the leading, most customer‑centric and most innovative MRO company. To contribute to our mission, we are looking for an experienced Line Maintenance Engineer B1 or B1/B2 at the ZRH Line Station in Zurich Airport, Switzerland.

We are a licensed aircraft engineer (Zurich B1/B2) working on A320. The role involves ensuring top safety and quality standards across the maintenance spectrum.

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure that safety and quality policies are communicated, promoted and implemented within the organisation.
• Perform line maintenance: transit checks, pre‑flight checks, daily and weekly checks, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery and troubleshooting.
• Prepare work packages and certificates of release to service.
• Ensure on‑time performance of customer aircraft.
• Guarantee that aircraft operate in airworthiness conditions.
• Work autonomously within a team spirit and assist the shift leader/supervisor.
• Ensure clear communication and reporting.

• Holder of a valid B1 or B1/B2 EASA Part‑66 licence.
• Type‑rated A320.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Positive attitude and solution‑oriented.
• High degree of customer focus, good communication and team‑oriented.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures to the required level.
