**** The opportunity
** We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Project Manager Primary Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical planning and execution of gas-insulated switch gear projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
** How you will make an impact
*** Technical detailing of the high voltage part of gas-insulated switch gear in customer projects, including preparation of all documents for order, fabrication, assembly and customers
* Discussion of technical solutions with customers and internal stakeholders
* Planning and managing an engineering part in customer projects, including costs, deadlines and scope of delivery
* Ordering of material including configuration of the material
* Management of technical communication channels internally as well as externally
* Detailed elaboration of quality cases and improvement processes
* Technical support of the project until completion of on-site assembly
* Occasional travel to customer meetings or site visits
** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience in project engineering, ideally with gas-insulated switch gear or in a similar field in high-voltage
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Creo, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
* Familiar with supporting various project phases, including production, transportation, installation, and testing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues
* Experience in coordinating resources, including materials and equipment
* Ability to work effectively within an international team environment and collaborate with other departments
* Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g. German, Spanish or French) is a plus
