We are looking for an experienced

Principal Marine Engineer to join an exciting project for one of our clients in Asker, Norway. This role involves responsibility for marine engineering in complex projects and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Perform marine engineering tasks in projects.

• Handle interface activities with T&I contractors.

• Coordinate and take area responsibility for the marine discipline as the Discipline Responsible Engineer (DRE).

• Arrange and lead internal meetings, client meetings, workshops, and reviews.

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, other disciplines, and the fabrication yard.

• Effective communicator, fluent in English both written and spoken.

• Cooperative attitude and ability to work in a multicultural team environment.

• A natural team player with the ability to work independently.

• Systematic and accurate, with strong commitment to deadlines and quality requirements.

• Proactive, willing to seek advice and share experiences with others.

• Innovative mindset, eager to improve methodology and solutions through digital tools.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marine engineering/operations design in greenfield/brownfield projects or offshore wind.

• Experience and thorough knowledge of marine engineering/operations according to relevant standards such as NORSOK and DNV.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Science).
