LEAP Engine Technician – Full‑time

• Disassembly and assembly of LEAP series engines (PW 1100) in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Perform inspections and checks on engines and engine parts.
• Measure and control assemblies in mounted condition.
• Execute orders independently, with timely execution and self‑control.
• Document activities in accordance with regulations.
• Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implement defined actions promptly.

• Completed vocational training, preferably metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineering, machine mechanics or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
• Preferred:
  Authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
• Willingness to work two shifts and flexibly on weekends.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely and responsibly.
• Open‑minded, dedicated team player.
• High safety, quality and cost awareness.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP.
• English language (minimum B1);
  German an advantage.
