Operational Buyer; Junior

Operational Buyer (Junior) vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Energy sector.

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders
• Obtain and follow up order confirmations from suppliers, monitor delivery performance
• Maintain SAP master data and perform updates to SAP MM
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices
• Support the further development and optimisation of purchasing processes

• Commercial or technical background, further training in purchasing or logistics
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operational purchasing or a similar role

  Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP (S / 4 Hana), especially SAP MM
• Language skills:
  German, English
