The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in process development, particularly in the semiconductor or system assembly industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of PFMEA and experience in a cleanroom environment.
Proficiency in both German and English is required.
