Tasks

You will be responsible for driving Rivero’s marketing efforts end-to-end, with a strong focus on inbound growth through content, SEO, LLM-driven discoverability, and Linked In.

This role covers the full spectrum of marketing activities from developing and executing our content strategy, creating and optimising website content, and nurturing prospects through tailored communications, to managing our social presence, building engagement, and generating high-quality inbound leads.

Website & SEO (Classical + AI Search)

  • Develop and execute a content strategy for our website and blog
  • Optimise our website & blog content for traditional SEO and LLM search visibility & discoverability
  • Ensure the website becomes a reliable knowledge source that LLMs can reference, so Rivero is more likely to appear in AI responses.
  • Leverage website analytics to refine our content strategy

Linked In Growth & Engagement

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for Linked In to continue building the company's presence on Linked In.
  • Adapt content & post formats so they are LLM-friendly.
  • Leverage Linked In analytics to refine Linked In growth & engagement strategies.

Content Marketing & Brand Voice

  • Create and/or oversee the production of blog posts, Linked In posts, case studies, newsletters, and other organic content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all relevant platforms (website, email, social media, Newsletter)
  • Repurpose content across multiple formats (posts, carousels, short videos) and multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve sales enablement materials (slides, one-pagers, account-specific decks, etc.)

Analytics & Funnel Ownership

  • Monitor not just website/Linked In KPIs but also AI/LLM visibility signals (e.g., how content shows up in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity Answers).
  • Refine strategies to increase organic discoverability via AI-driven interfaces.
  • Setting up KPIs for lead generation and organic growth
  • Track customer journeys from Linked In → Website → Conversion.
  • Iterate based on data insights to improve lead quality, quantity and conversion.
Requirements

We are looking for a T-shaped marketer who brings a solid foundation in core B2B marketing principles and hands-on experience across multiple channels, while offering deep expertise in SEO, LLM optimisation, and organic lead generation.

Skills and Competencies

  • SEO & AI
    :
    Strong expertise in both traditional SEO and emerging best practices for AI-driven search to ensure our website and content are discoverable across search engines and large language models.
  • Content Creation
    :
    Highly skilled in writing clear, engaging content about technical/specialised products that resonates with a human audience while also being optimised for AI readability and retrieval.
  • Social Media
    :
    Experience in creating content, understanding social media algorithms, and developing engagement strategies to grow our presence and reach on Linked In.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    :
    Proficiency in Google Analytics, Linked In Analytics, and CRM tools like Hub Spot is required to effectively monitor and measure results (e.g. lead generation, and AI-driven visibility, etc) and to turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Visual Design Sense
    :
    Strong eye for aesthetics and clarity, and comfortable using tools like Google Slides, Canva, Figma, or AI-based design tools to create engaging slides, graphics, visual assets, and edit short-form video content.
