YieldNest - DeFi Strategist

Yield Nest is seeking a skilled DeFi Strategist with an in-depth understanding of DeFi, staking, and restaking protocols. This role requires a strategic mind with expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing DeFi strategies across multiple protocols and chains. The ideal candidate is a DeFi wizz, highly knowledgeable in risk management, and adept at coordinating integration planning across EVM-compatible ecosystems. This strategist will be pivotal in refining Yield Nest’s multi-protocol strategy for maximum yield and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee DeFi strategies that align with Yield Nest’s goals, focusing on staking, restaking, and yield optimization across multiple protocols.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to plan and implement high-impact strategies across EVM-compatible chains, ensuring secure, efficient, and seamless integration.

• Monitor and assess risk management practices across various strategies, proactively identifying areas for improvement and ensuring robust, adaptive risk mitigation.

• Provide technical insights for the ongoing development of Yield Nest’s products, contributing to the architecture and integration of emerging DeFi protocols.

• Support partnership initiatives by offering strategic guidance and insights that align with Yield Nest’s vision of advancing DeFi staking and restaking.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory shifts, using these insights to refine strategic decisions and product direction.

• Analyze data and feedback from deployed strategies, continuously iterating to enhance performance and adaptability in the rapidly evolving DeFi space.

• 3+ years of experience in DeFi strategy development, yield optimization, or related roles in the crypto/DeFi industry.

• Deep expertise in DeFi protocols, particularly in staking and restaking mechanisms.

• Proven track record of designing and executing successful DeFi strategies across various EVM chains.

• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks within DeFi ecosystems.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable strategies.

• Collaborative and communicative, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
