AI Junior Engineer

Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions for both internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about building real-world machine learning and AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth of AI capabilities in a large-scale consulting environment.

• AI Solution Development:
  Design, build, and test AI solutions (including complex RAG systems, machine learning, deep learning, AI Agents) for diverse use cases
• Model Deployment & MLOps:
  Support deployment pipelines for AI models using modern MLOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
• Performance Monitoring:
  Help implement monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure long-term reliability and fairness
• Code Quality & Reusability:
  Write clean, modular, and production-grade code; contribute to the development of reusable components and accelerators
• Collaboration & Documentation:
  Work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with project requirements
• Exploration & Prototyping:
  Participate in the rapid prototyping of AI solutions and assist in evaluating their feasibility and business value

• Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, RAG systems and AI Agents
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices
• Exposure to MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ML model monitoring
• Enthusiasm for solving real-world problems using AI technologies
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML is preferred, especially in business or consulting contexts
