As a management consulting generalist at PwC, you will help clients optimize operations, improve performance, and achieve strategic goals. Your tasks may include data analysis, strategy development, supporting management, collaboration, technology optimization, performance improvement, compliance monitoring, and change management.

We serve clients in the middle market and family business sectors, aiming to strengthen our presence in these segments. We are seeking a Director/Partner specializing in Technology Strategy & Transformation / CIO Advisory.

Your Impact

• Lead and support technology strategy and transformation projects in the middle markets sector.
• Collaborate with technology executives and develop digital strategies and business models.
• Develop innovative solutions for client challenges in technology strategy, organization, and operations.
• Drive new project and client acquisition.
• Contribute to the development of our Technology Strategy & Transformation Advisory services.
• Work within an inspiring team and international network, with access to top training and feedback.
• Mentor and develop team members in their professional growth.

Your skill set

• Extensive consulting experience with strong methodological and technical skills.
• Background in science, technology, or economics with experience in strategic technology or transformation projects.
• Ability to understand complex scenarios and develop entrepreneurial solutions.
• Proficiency in methodologies like TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.
• Interest in team development and expanding service offerings.
• Leadership and coaching experience.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, preferably French.
• Flexible, resilient, team-oriented, and independent work style.
