Do you aspire to be part of a high performing Analytics and Transformation team within a global Compliance organisation at the forefront of the wealth management industry? In this diverse role you will shape the responsible development and implementation of AI initiatives, perform business analysis, lead development of AI governance framework and change management initiatives. Working alongside Compliance, Risk, Analytics and Legal SMEs in highly skilled, fast-paced teams you will drive business value through collaboratively solving complex problems.

• Lead and support design and implementation of AI governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and best practices
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks associated with AI use
• Stay up to date on the latest AI regulations, ensuring company adherence
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product managers, engineers, data scientists) to integrate AI governance into project development and deployment
• Conduct trainings to educate employees on safe and responsible use of AI
• Monitor and enforce compliance with AI policies and procedures
• Establish metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives
• Partner with external stakeholders (e.g., regulators, industry groups) on AI governance topics
• Communicate AI governance concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in management and informatics, business administration, finance or any other related field)
• Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Familiarity with AI regulations, data management, and risk management
• Familiarity with data science and/or machine learning concepts, experience in implementing AI use cases and managing AI projects is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
• Project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English (main business language), German is an advantage
