We’re looking for a AI & Business Enablement Consultant to drive client engagements, support senior leadership, and help translate PwC’s AI-driven vision into tangible, high-impact solutions.

• Be a trusted advisor to clients and support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives – from discovery to rollout – using modern data stacks, business intelligence, and AI to create measurable business value.
• Prepare high-impact client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks — translating complex topics into compelling stories.
• Support business development, including market research, client targeting, and RFP/proposal preparation.
• Lead data storytelling and analysis: frame the problem, explore data, synthesize insights, and connect findings to business outcomes.
• Craft compelling executive presentations and narratives: translate data and strategy into clear stories, build crisp slides, and communicate recommendations that inspire action.
• Plan and host trainings, upskilling programs, and events on AI and emerging tech, including hands‑on workshops, playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Build and manage partnerships with AI technology providers: evaluate tools, co‑design pilots, coordinate proofs of concept, and guide clients through procurement and onboarding.
• Discover and shape business development opportunities informed by assessments of the current technology landscape and emerging trends.

• You will be involved in different projects including (but not limited to) business intelligence, data analytics, machine learning, generative Artificial Intelligence.
• Your team is diverse and international, with colleagues from more than 85 different nationalities.

• Master’s degree in Business/Management, Economics, Information Systems, Computer or Natural Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy execution, or technology-enabled change, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate complex technological concepts and data insights to business stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI, analytics, and digital transformation trends — able to speak confidently with technical and business audiences.
• Expertise in at least one of the following: AI / GenAI, legal tech, tax tech, data quality & data management, BI/analytics engineering, or enterprise IT/data platforms.
• Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, and upskilling programs, with confidence hosting client events and communities of practice on AI and emerging trends.
• Ideally, you bring knowledge of the Tax or Legal domain, gained either through theoretical understanding or practical experience
  
  Strong business acumen, i.e. the ability to come up with business development opportunities and creative solutions using data and technology.
• Team player and exceptional problem solver with a desire to build on current knowledge and working in a client‑focused manner.
• Fluency in German and English.
