- Be a trusted advisor to clients and help them take on complex challenges in all areas of business – from strategy to operations – using modern data stacks and services, as well as machine learning and AI techniques.
- Form multidisciplinary engagement teams with colleagues from different backgrounds to deliver tailored solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with tax and legal professionals to drive digital transformation—automating processes, unlocking insights from documents and transactions, and building AI-powered tools that reshape how tax and legal services are delivered.
- Work with clients to define data, and AI strategies, clarify technology needs, and craft compelling visions grounded in your technical depth and industry understanding.
- Modernise your clients’ data landscapes based on state-of-the art data architectures, cloud-enabled platforms, and best-practice implementation approaches.
- Develop and implement self-service analytics solutions, leveraging data and model visualizations to generate actionable insights.
- Discover and shape business development opportunities informed by assessments of the current technology landscape and emerging trends.

- You will be involved in different projects including (but not limited to) business intelligence, data analytics, machine learning, generative Artificial Intelligence.
- Your team is diverse and international, with colleagues from more than 85 different nationalities.
- Master’s degree in Computer or Natural Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years’ experience in delivering or implementing AI/data solutions (consulting, product, or research environments).
- Expertise in at least one of the following:
Generative and non-generative AI, legal tech, tax tech, data quality & data management, BI/analytics engineering. - Proficiency in Python or a similar programming/scripting language (Type Script, JavaScript, Bash).
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, machine learning, data engineering, or AI solution development.
- Strong business acumen, i.e. the ability to come up with business development opportunities and creative solutions using data and technology.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment or managing client/customer‑facing relationships.
- Ideally, you bring experience with topics related to the legal and tax domains, such as legal processes, knowledge management and retrieval in the age of AI, risk evaluation, or compliance workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technological concepts and data insights to business stakeholders.
- Interested in transforming tax and legal services through technology.
- Team player and exceptional problem solver with a desire to build on current knowledge and working in a client‑focused manner.
- Fluency in German and English.
