** What You’ll Do
*** Design, build, and deploy AI-driven features that enhance hospital workflows.
* Work across the stack – backend (Node.js, Python), frontend (React), and AI integrations (LLMs, NLP).
* Develop intelligent systems for document summarization, semantic search, and data-driven dashboards.
* Build internal AI tools to improve engineering and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment, testing ideas rapidly and iterating based on user feedback.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Strong experience with
** Node.js, React, Type Script, and Python**.
* Solid understanding of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP).
* Familiarity with cloud or on-premise AI deployments, vector databases, and MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
* Passion for healthcare innovation and building impactful, real-world AI solutions.
* Self-driven, hands-on, and collaborative team player.
* Fluent in Swiss German/German and English.
