Enova is hiring a Senior Business Manager to develop Enova activities in Zurich.

We are a consulting company specializing in information technology, data science and artificial intelligence. Within Enova, you will develop and manage your own Business Unit by handling the following activities:

• Defining and implementing growth strategies in the information technology sector.
• Developing your network and customer portfolio.
• Recruiting the best talents.
• Managing the projects and careers of your consultants.

With the trainings and support of Senior Managers, you will bring your Sales and Management skills to the next level!

In a strong growth context in Switzerland, you will evolve quickly inside the organization.

• Graduated from a Bachelor / Master Business or Engineering School.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Business Manager in consulting.
• Comfortable with cold acquisition.
• Resilient, autonomous, and result‑oriented with strong self‑motivation.
• Fluency in English and German;
  Swiss German is a plus.
• Motivated to join a dynamic young team.
