As a Senior CRM Consultant at Synpulse, you will support leading financial institutions in designing and implementing future‑oriented customer relationship management solutions. With a focus on Salesforce or BSI CRM, you will help clients transform how they interact with their customers by shaping strategies, defining target processes, and delivering powerful CRM solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through all project phases – from vision to implementation – and play a key role in cross‑functional delivery teams.

• Advising our customers (banks, insurance companies) on the conception of CRM solutions
• Participation in varied projects for the introduction of CRM solutions
• Supporting the acquisition of new customers and projects for our company
• Managing sub‑projects at locations throughout Switzerland and, if interested, also abroad
• Collaboration with customers and ecosystem partners

• Very good Master’s degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences
• Practical experience in the financial industry and with CRM implementations is mandatory
• Very good language skills (min. B2 level) in German and English
• Structured and goal‑oriented way of working
