TheOpportunity
- Join a committed Agile Dev Ops team responsible for our applications from code to production.
- Work with a highly motivated, multi-location, multi-lingual team managing both Cobol and Java applications.
- Be part of the Front-Office department responsible for designing, developing, and processing real-time payment applications.
- Contribute to services that prioritize high availability and robustness.
- Collaborate closely with developers in a scrum team to analyze and correct bugs across all environments, from development to production.
- Support end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing with customers, both onsite and online.
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for our applications.
- Review project documentation and requirements thoroughly.
- Design, write, and execute test scripts.
- Review and adapt user manuals for clients (in German).
- Follow up on issue resolution, evaluating urgency and priority.
- Participate in application maintenance and incident management rotations.
- Reproduce bugs from production, test fixes, and implement test automation.
- Ensure the highest quality standards for our applications.

- Be certified test engineers or managers (ISTQB).
- Be eager to learn technically and expand business knowledge.
- Be resourceful team players with perseverance and independence.
- Have an agile mindset with strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Possess problem-solving skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Be willing to work in an agile Dev Ops environment.
- Have testing experience with GUIs and system interfaces (XML, SOAP).
- Be knowledgeable in SQL, Java, JUnit, API/Service testing (Postman).
- Have experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Jenkins).
- Be familiar with Jenkins for CI/CD and automated testing.
- Have excellent German and English language skills;
French is a plus. - Knowledge of monitoring tools (Open search, Splunk) is advantageous.
- Experience in card payments and mobile payments is a plus.
