Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain flows, business rules, Script Includes, and client/server scripts.
- Enhance and optimise existing Service Now modules for performance and scalability.
- Build integrations with external systems (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Graph API, Intune).
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and governance best practice.
- Collaborate with ITSM/ITOM teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years’ Service Now development experience (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, update sets, scoped applications, and ATF.
- Knowledge of CMDB data models and ITOM practices.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across global teams.
Certifications:
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
