Being an AI/ML Consultant at Intellishore, you will get to shape and implement technology as well as business solutions to deliver value at our new Intellishore office in Zürich. We are looking for an AI/ML Consultant at the beginning of their career who is curious and eager to develop real‑life solutions for interesting clients. Perhaps you have recently completed your education or have a few years of full‑time experience in the field of AI and Data Science, possibly from a consultancy.

At Intellishore, we are what you might call ‘agnostic,’ meaning we act as an objective technology partner, implementing only tailored and best‑fit solutions for our clients. Therefore, you should be open‑minded and curious to learn new technologies.

• 1+ years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
• Experience with ML frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, Tensor Flow, etc.).
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data processing techniques and best software engineering practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English – German or French in addition would be a plus.

• Develop and implement machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines and integrate AI models into production environments.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
