• Lead the integration and customization of advanced cloud‑based tax technology platforms to deliver innovative solutions for complex client challenges.
• Champion the internal adoption of content and knowledge management practices to enhance information management and sharing.
• Design, automate, and optimize data flows to ensure efficient, reliable, and accurate data accessibility, while enhancing timeliness and overall data quality.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of AI‑driven tools and data analytics, positioning KPMG at the forefront of digital transformation in the Tax & Legal sector.
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of knowledge management tools and technologies, ensuring best practices and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and global experts to design, develop, and deploy tailored tax technology solutions that enhance business processes and client outcomes.
• Design, implement, and tailor Microsoft Azure and other cloud‑based tax technology solutions to address a wide range of client requirements in the Tax or Legal sector.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle as a Product Owner, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and delivering impactful results.
• Engage with multinational clients as a trusted advisor, championing the adoption of cutting‑edge tax technology and representing KPMG as a thought leader in the market.
• Support the continuous improvement of KPMG's Tax Technology offerings by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency through smart automation and strategic insights.
• Lead and collaborate with distributed teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, fostering effective cross‑functional coordination and communication.

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Information Technology, STEM or related Advanced Certification
• Azure AZ-900 Certification
• Advanced Data Analytics Certification
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud‑based tax technology platforms, including integration into business processes.
• 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in designing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based ETL solutions to meet diverse client needs, with a focus on Fabric, Synapse, and Azure Data Factory.
• Proficient programming skills in R and Python, and strong data processing skills using SQL.
• Solid understanding of system and cloud administration.
• 3+ years of experience customizing digital assets and tools for the Tax (or Legal) industry.
• Proven ability to lead the implementation and adoption of complex AI solutions, aligning stakeholder requirements with technological advancements to achieve optimal results.
• In‑depth knowledge and practical experience in configuring, provisioning, and developing skillsets for cloud‑based AI search tools, especially within tax and legal environments.
• 2+ years of direct experience as a product owner in the tax technology sector, with responsibility for end‑to‑end product lifecycle management.
• 2+ years of experience leading and collaborating with distributed teams (onshore, nearshore, and offshore), with a focus on product ownership and cross‑functional coordination.
