SAP S​/HANA Technology Team Lead S​/HANA Private Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite

SKILLS:

• You lead the SAP Technology Team and support your employees in both their professional and personal development.
• You will develop the product vision and strategy for our SAP Technology Stack, for example SAP S/4
  
  HANA Private Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform or SAP Integration Suite, and set priorities in the backlog.
• As a Product Owner, you coordinate the requirements of business and IT, moderate decision‑making processes, and deliver results with measurable added value.
• Together with your team, you ensure the complete implementation – from proof of concept to reliable operation.
• You ensure transparent roadmaps, budgets and KPIs, and actively address risks and dependencies.

• You have a higher degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent further education and bring sound experience as a product owner/team lead or in a comparable role in the SAP environment.
• Your leadership style is modern and appreciative – you motivate, guide and actively support your team.
• You have already successfully managed projects and are familiar with both classic and agile project management methods.
• Architectural principles, API and integration concepts, as well as security and compliance basics are not new territory for you – you understand how to translate complex technical relationships into sound decision‑making criteria.
• Excellent German skills and the ability to express yourself confidently in English complete your profile.

LOCATION: Zurich, Switzerland + Remote

WORK PATTERN: 3 days on site + 2 days remote per week

LANGUAGES: German & English - both needed
