During your four-year apprenticeship at our Zurich location, you’ll not only learn a lot but also immerse yourself in exciting projects with our clients.

The world of IT is waiting for you—are you ready to shape it? In your apprenticeship as an application developer, you’ll dive deep into digital transformation. You’ll learn how to develop software, program apps, and design innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Your journey begins with two intensive years of training at our partner companies, Noser Young AG or TIE International AG in Zurich. After that, you’ll join Accenture and enter the exciting world of IT consulting, where you’ll apply your knowledge in real-world projects.

• Shape the digital future with us. IT is essential in today’s world! At Accenture, you’ll have the chance to learn this exciting profession and contribute to digitalisation projects.
• Learn programming languages and develop your own software. You’ll get hands-on experience with different programming languages, app development, and software design. Additionally, you’ll learn how to maintain applications and provide optimal support.
• Find the best IT solutions for our clients. As an application developer, you’ll identify client needs, analyze their current situation, and propose solutions along with their advantages and disadvantages.
• Start your apprenticeship with a strong partner. The first two years of your training will take place at our training partners, Noser Young AG or TIE International AG, in Zurich. Afterwards, you’ll gain practical experience in IT consulting at Accenture through real-world projects.
• Immerse yourself in the world of IT and application development. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with colleagues and gradually deepening your expertise in IT and application development.

• Completed compulsory education (highest level, e.g., Sek A or Gymnasium).
• Excellent grades in science, mathematics, and English.
• Strong logical and abstract thinking skills.
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).

• Coverage of public transport annual pass and many other cool perks.
