We are committed to enabling our development teams through a modern Dev Ops‑driven approach. To achieve this, we have built an internal platform that provides automated tooling and capabilities for software development and operations, including CI/CD. This platform is the foundation for onboarding our product teams to curated Azure services and accelerating their cloud adoption journey.

Join us as a Forward Deployed Engineer and play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt Dev Ops best practices using our platform.

• Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal Dev Ops platform and curated Azure services
• Drive the re‑platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure‑by‑design principles
• Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to Git Lab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on Dev Ops practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud‑native development
• Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption

• Software engineer with profound hands‑on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between tool chains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → Git Lab)
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure‑as‑Code
• Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in air‑gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries
• Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage
• Fluency in English (written/verbal), German language skills are beneficial
• Excellent communication and coaching skills—able to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change
• Proactive, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Experience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams
