• Design, operate, and secure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra  (including MFA, SSO, and PIM) in a hybrid setup.
• Constantly improve and automate existing services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and incident resolution
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of our critical systems
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability

• Degree in Computer Science (FH, HF, Uni) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise-scale environments and critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Entra , Group Policies, and Power Shell scripting
• Experience with Microsoft management tools (MEMCM, SCOM, ADFS, Hyper-V), Networking and Hardware management
• Fluent in English (both verbal & writing), German is a plus
