Job Title: Senior Consultant – Databricks

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong Databricks expertise to support the design, development, and delivery of modern data platforms and analytics solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable data solutions, and contributing to high-impact projects in a collaborative, hybrid working environment.

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions using Databricks
• Work with large-scale datasets in cloud-based data platforms
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Implement best practices for data engineering, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Support end-to-end project delivery, from initial design through deployment and optimization
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical decision-making
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are met

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands‑on experience working with Databricks
• Strong background in data engineering and analytics
• Proficiency in Apache Spark, Python, and/or SQL
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data architectures
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Consulting experience or client‑facing experience is highly desirable

• Experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working in agile or cross‑functional project teams
