Scrum master

Scrum Master (M/F) at Enova – Zurich

As part of the strengthening of Agile teams for one of our major clients in Zurich, we are looking for a Scrum Master to support one or several teams in the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies:
  Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Ensure proper understanding and application of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Coach and support teams towards autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
• Support release planning and coordination across teams
• Ensure alignment between sprint goals and release objectives
• Contribute to release readiness, cutover activities and post‑release reviews
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous delivery
• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and management
• Monitor Agile KPIs, delivery metrics and release performance
• Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives when required

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles and related frameworks
• Excellent facilitation, communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
• Problem‑solving mindset and strong team spirit
• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
• Fluent English (French is a strong advantage)
