• Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing SAP customizations, including workflows, user exits, BAPIs, and BADIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Optimize ABAP programs for performance, efficiency, and scalability
• Support SAP upgrades, patches, and system migrations
• Document technical specifications and development activities
• Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainable solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming concepts, Object-Oriented ABAP, and SAP modules
• Experience with SAP enhancements, user exits, BADIs, BAPIs, and RFCs
• Familiarity with SAP HANA, Fiori, or UI5 is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA development
• Knowledge of SAP workflow, ALE/IDoc integration, and SAP forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to mentor junior developers and review code
