Your Role

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor on the client side, helping bring clarity, structure, and direction to Salesforce-related initiatives.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to assess the current situation, clarify priorities, and establish clear and practical ways of working with Salesforce. The role requires a hands‑on consultant who can quickly understand complex contexts, connect the dots, and help stakeholders move forward through a transparent and well‑structured process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor for client stakeholders
  • Assess the current Salesforce setup, processes, and challenges
  • Structure and streamline Salesforce-related work on the client side
  • Help clarify goals, priorities, roles, and responsibilities
  • Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder discussions
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and next steps
  • Support backlog structuring, prioritization, and refinement
  • Align business expectations with Salesforce capabilities and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams and technical specialists
  • Support testing (SIT / UAT), adoption, and change management
  • Bring transparency, confidence, and momentum to Salesforce initiatives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar consulting role
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionality and best practices
  • Proven ability to onboard quickly and work effectively in existing client environments
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and guide stakeholders toward clear outcomes
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client‑facing situations
  • Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales / Service Consultant, etc.)

Experience working in enterprise or complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Basic understanding of integrations, data models, or large Salesforce programs. Background in manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, or similar industries.
