• Responsible for ensuring high quality while ensuring timely delivery of customers business requirements within the specific business initiative / project;
• Manage the entire production and delivery process based on brief spec documentation: delivery projects on time within budget depending on project stages (planning development);
• Communicate to client and other project stakeholders on daily basis;
• Budget control (depend on project type T&M or Fixed Price);
• Responsible for successfully sprint closure and scope control;
• Resolve conflicts both internal to the team and with clients;
• Provide day-to-day client communications and present intelligible reports;
• Encourage teams to add customer value through continuous Improvement;
• Evaluate the risks and handle them (analyze & report / elevate problems or delays in meeting commitments to leadership);
• Take responsibility of your actions and decision;

• Located in EU (or able to relocate)
• 5 years working experience as Project manager (or similar roles) in IT outsourcing company;
• Technical background either in Development or QA roles ability to dive deep into project details and discuss tech aspects with engineers;
• Proven experience with AI projects (LLM RAG chat-bots etc.);
• Experience with Fin Tech domain;
• Good understanding and experience of both traditional and Agile approach;
• Client focus and experience of how to bring business value;
• Advanced level of English;
• Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle project management techniques ability to estimate track refine and successfully complete complex projects;
• Experience in managing both Fixed Price and T&M projects;
• Practical experience of JIRA usage;
• Understanding of prioritization;
• Communicative problem-solving and motivational skills;
• Think out of the box mindset and excellent problem solving skills;
• Great attention to details.
