Responsibilities
  • Lead design and user experience (UX) for parts of our core product.
  • Ship deliverables – prototypes, UX flows, wireframes, UI mockups – to communicate and experiment with ideas.
  • Partner with team leads to prioritize initiatives in the roadmap.
  • Break down ambiguous problems and prioritize high‑impact work given resource constraints.
  • Empathize with enterprise customers, impersonate them, identify pain points, and advocate solutions continually.
  • Distill insights from all parts of the organization into updated beliefs and design principles.
  • Shape the design practice within the organization—documentation, workflows, frameworks—to support all design collaborators (Remote included).
Requirements

Must have

  • 5+ years of experience in a tech/startup company.
  • Extraordinary visual design skills and strong understanding of UX principles.
  • Proven experience designing data‑rich enterprise applications.
  • Ability to interface with business stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of framing design decisions with clarity and intent.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product teams shipping software.
  • Experience with prototyping.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Service Design Thinking and Customer Experience (CX).
  • Understanding of software engineering workflows.
  • Experience with user interviews, user testing or UX research.
