In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie Kunden in schwierigen Schadenfällen, klären offene Fragen und führen Schadenberechnungen durch. Voraussetzungen sind eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Schadenabteilung. Außerdem benötigen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und IT-Affinität. Es wird eine hybride Arbeitsweise mit bis zu 40% Homeoffice geboten.
