• Must:
  PhD completed before January 2023
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering
  , or closely related fields
• PhD from a QS Top 200 university
• 4+ years of post-PhD research or technical experience
• Strong track record of technical contribution in academia, industry, or applied research
• Extensive overseas research or working experience
• Interested in sustained contribution with flexible pace and structure
• Ideal for those seeking more independence, influence, and the ability to drive high-impact innovation

• Communication theory and signal processing
• Network systems, protocols, and architectures
• Large-scale digital infrastructure and distributed communication systems
• System-level modeling, simulation, and performance evaluation
• Translation of research into deployable communication technologies

• Strong national-level endorsement, enhancing long-term academic and industry visibility
• Multiple pathways beyond a single organization: collaboration with or placement in leading universities, joint research institutes, PI-led laboratories, national labs, or innovation-driven enterprises—aligned with individual research interests
• Substantial and sustained funding, alongside policy-level support for research or technology development
• No immediate relocation requirement, allowing flexibility in timing and decision-making
• Freedom to define projects and select an appropriate host institution or enterprise
• An exploratory first step: initial discussions focus purely on alignment and potential fit, without commitment
