Takeout, Delivery & Dispatch Operator

We are looking for ambitious and passionate professionals to join our next‑generation hospitality team and revolutionize the industry. Provide excellent customer service to guests and manage takeout operations.

• Adopt a warm, smiling, and professional attitude towards guests.
• Work at the pass to finish and pack pizzas and other dishes with care and speed.
• Manage takeout orders (phone, in‑person, Uber Eats, direct deliveries) with precision and a sense of urgency.
• Ensure an “ALBA‑style” service and be responsible for the accuracy of the service.
• Welcome guests who dine in‑house and ensure they feel special.
• Coordinate direct deliveries by assigning drivers and monitoring delivery times.
• Handle mise en place for starters and desserts, keeping the station ready for rushes.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
• Juggle multiple tasks while keeping a calm and positive energy.
• Support cost control by avoiding waste and ensuring correct portioning and packaging.
• Act as a communicator between the pizzeria, guests, and delivery drivers.
• Share needs, ideas, and concerns with the management team to continuously improve.

• Radiant smile and proactive attitude.
• Great energy, team spirit, and unlimited passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, takeout/delivery‑focused restaurant.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lead the team during busy moments.
• Advanced English and German;
  Italian a plus.
• Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow with Mimo Hospitality.
