Die Rolle beinhaltet die Verantwortung für die offene Jugendarbeit, Beziehungspflege und die Entwicklung partizipativer Angebote. Gefordert wird eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit oder vergleichbar sowie Empathie und Teamfähigkeit. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice sind möglich.
